Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Hygienist to ensure food quality and safety in an industrial dining facility, supervising processes and training staff. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a candidate for the position of **HYGIENIST**, with experience in industrial dining facilities, to work at the dining facility of the **Judicial Administration Body Headquarters: Ajusco No. 170** **Candidate Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Pharmacist-Biochemist (QBP), Biochemist-Pharmacist (QFB), or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in industrial dining facilities. * **Essential Knowledge: Regulations:** NOM-251-SSA1-2009 (Mandatory). **Standards:** In-depth knowledge of control points of the **Distintivo H** and **HACCP**. **Key Responsibilities** * **Process Auditing:** Supervise raw material receipt, storage, food preparation, and service. * **Temperature Control:** Monitor and record cooking, refrigeration, and freezing temperatures. * **Sample Management:** Collect and retain **witness samples** for 72 hours for microbiological traceability. * **Training:** Deliver orientation and refresher training to operational staff on hand-washing techniques, hygienic handling, and prevention of cross-contamination. * **Cleaning Verification:** Validate the effectiveness of cleaning and disinfection programs using reactive test strips (chlorine/quaternary ammonium compounds). * **Pest Control:** Supervise vendor visits and ensure closure of infrastructure gaps. **We Offer:** * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * Free dining facility service * INFONAVIT * FONACOT Carretera Picacho-Ajusco No. 170, Col.
