Adherence to nutritional guidelines and recipes At the Mexican Football Federation, we are looking for your talent! **Chef de Partie / Supervising Chef** **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Gastronomy.\- Degree required **Applicants:** **This position is to cover activities at the High-Performance Center, adjacent to the Mexico-Cuernavaca toll booth.** **Experience:** Similar position in hospitality/restaurant industry is essential H Distinction Personnel management Recipe development and costing Minimum three years’ experience in a similar role **Responsibilities:** Supervises and carries out cold and hot line food production using the menu provided by the Nutrition Department. Maintains and supervises all kitchen work areas used during production, implementing the certified H Distinction procedure and applying good hygiene and food handling practices to guarantee optimal and safe conditions for food preparation. Upholds established instructions and ensures that shift personnel comply with portion sizes and recipes for the concentrated national team, supervising correct execution of each preparation and verifying adherence to nutritional guidelines.
