General Position Description:
Provide necessary technical assistance for the optimal use of medical equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables at medical units, as well as administrative processes to ensure compliance with billing and documentation according to contract.
1\. Review the daily schedule to prepare supplies, equipment, and instruments for the next day’s surgeries.
2\. Ensure equipment, accessories, consumables, endoscopic instruments, and sterile surgical instruments are ready 30 minutes before each procedure—complete, required, and contracted for each procedure.
3\. Actively monitor optimal operation of the above-mentioned items and provide technical assistance to the surgeon regarding supply provision during the procedure to deliver high-quality service.
4\. Clean the surgical instrument set after each procedure to mitigate health risks.
5\. Safeguard equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables in the space designated by the hospital to protect company assets.
6\. Generate electronic and physical records according to supplies used, and collect the attending physician’s original signature upon completion of each procedure to ensure service delivery compliance.
7\. Produce a monthly report on procedures and consumables aligned with the institute’s billing cutoff date to ensure timely and accurate information for decision-making.
8\. Maintain up-to-date inventory records of supplies to track inflows and outflows.
9\. Timely request material replenishment to ensure operational continuity.
10\. Execute corresponding routines within the service delivery process to ensure contractual and procedural compliance.
Requirements:
**Academic Qualifications:** Nursing studies
**Knowledge:** Medical instrumentation, medical equipment functionality, hospital operations, minimally invasive procedures.
**Work Experience:** Medical area activities, minimally invasive procedures, comprehensive services.
**Work Location:** Cuernavaca, Morelos.
