Position Summary: Provide technical and administrative support for the optimal use of medical equipment and instruments in medical units, ensuring contract compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation and Safeguarding of Surgical Instruments Grupo Vitalmex, with over 40 years of participation in the evolution and development of the Health Sector Seeking top talent for: Surgical Service Technician (MI) General Position Description: Provide necessary technical support for the optimal use of medical equipment, accessories, surgical instruments, and consumables in medical units, as well as administrative processes to ensure billing and documentation compliance per contractual agreements. 1\. Review the daily schedule to prepare supplies, equipment, and instruments for surgeries scheduled for the following day. 2\. Ensure equipment, accessories, consumables, endoscopic instruments, and sterile surgical instruments required and contracted for each procedure are ready 30 minutes prior to each procedure. 3\. Actively monitor optimal performance of the aforementioned items and provide technical support to the surgeon regarding supply provision during the procedure to deliver high-quality service. 4\. Clean the surgical instrument set after each procedure to mitigate health risks. 5\. Safeguard equipment, accessories, instruments, and consumables in the space designated by the hospital to protect company assets. 6\. Generate electronic and physical documentation records according to supplies used, and collect the attending physician’s original signature upon completion of each procedure to ensure service delivery compliance. 7\. Produce a monthly report on procedures and consumables aligned with the institute’s billing cycle to provide timely and accurate information for decision-making. 8\. Maintain updated inventory records of supplies to track incoming and outgoing items. 9\. Timely request replenishment of materials to ensure uninterrupted operations. 10\. Execute corresponding routines within the service delivery process to ensure contractual and procedural compliance. Requirements: **Academic Qualification: Nursing Studies** **Knowledge: Surgical Instruments, Medical Equipment Functionality, Hospital Operations, Minimally Invasive Procedures.** **Work Experience: Medical Department Activities, Minimally Invasive Procedures, Comprehensive Services.** Work Location: Cuautla, Morelos.
