Job Summary: We are seeking a Bank Teller to ensure excellent customer service by performing transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently at Banco Azteca. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on productivity and customer satisfaction Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a BANK TELLER: Your objective will be to ensure customers receive excellent service and attention while executing requested transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Serve customers and users at the counter and mobile cash unit promptly, courteously, and without error. * Conduct all transactions honestly and in strict adherence to banking regulations and company values. * Comply with Banco de México regulations, BAZ’s cash policies and procedures, and the 7’s methodology. * Safeguard cash within the secure area and follow bunker security measures. * Achieve cash productivity targets and implement the anti-line waiting plan. * Provide courteous and friendly service to encourage customers to return and recommend us. **REQUIREMENTS:** * One year of experience as a teller or handling cash. * Completed high school education. * Interest in interacting with customers. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Availability to work weekends. * Honesty in performing duties. WE OFFER: * Weekly salary starting at: $1,840. * Weekly commissions: $600 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year (increasing according to seniority). * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule from Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off. Weekly rotating schedule. One weekend day off per month.
