Provides direct customer service at the counter, taking orders, delivering dishes, and guaranteeing a friendly and efficient experience. Previous experience working at a coffee bar and customer service is required, as well as a positive attitude, willingness to serve, and teamwork skills. Assists with cleaning and organizing the counter and service area, maintaining high standards of hygiene and hospitality.
