Position Summary: We are seeking a Collections Officer to conduct home-based debt recovery, negotiate payment agreements and restructuring plans with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Management of overdue accounts and extrajudicial collections A leading company in the microfinance sector is seeking personnel for its collections department: ### **COLLECTIONS OFFICER: CUERNAVACA AND SURROUNDING AREAS** * Conducts home-based debt recovery. * Prepares payment agreements, restructuring plans, debt write-offs, etc. * Negotiates with clients to bring their accounts current, establish payment agreements, restructuring plans, or debt write-offs. * Work area: Metropolitan Area of Cuernavaca and surrounding municipalities: Jiutepec, Emiliano Zapata, Temixco, Xochitepec, Huitzilac, Tepoztlán. **Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or equivalent; or completed junior high school * Own vehicle (car or motorcycle) * Minimum 2 years of experience in home-based collections (preparing client payment agreements, negotiations, managing overdue accounts, extrajudicial collections); experience is mandatory and non-negotiable * Strong verbal communication skills for drafting agreements. **We Offer:** * Base salary paid biweekly + biweekly performance bonus * Uncapped commissions: depending on your productivity, you may earn commissions of MXN 10,000, MXN 15,000, MXN 20,000, MXN 30,000, etc. * Statutory benefits (IMSS coverage from day one, year-end bonus, vacation days, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) * Weekly gasoline vouchers worth MXN 450 * Training bonus * Life insurance * Accident insurance * Internal company benefits * Mobile phone, uniforms, employee ID **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 08:30–18:30 hrs Saturday: 08:30–14:00 hrs INTERESTED CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL, AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU IMMEDIATELY TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW
