Responsibilities: * Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively and promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and needs. * Conduct field prospecting to identify sales opportunities and acquire new customers. * Provide financial advice and guidance to customers, clearly and accurately presenting available products and services. * Perform financial analysis and evaluation of customers, ensuring they meet the requirements to obtain credit. * Manage the credit application process, collecting and verifying required documentation, and conducting appropriate follow-up.
