Database analysis and strategy development TOTALPLAY, a leading telecommunications company **We are seeking:** Early Collections Manager **Responsibilities:** Telephone-based collection portfolio management Personalized follow-up with customers experiencing service issues Customer retention Database analysis Development of strategies for customer recovery and retention 8-hour workday with one weekday off **Requirements:** Completed or incomplete high school education **Software Proficiency:** Office (Advanced Excel); a skills validation test will be administered.
