Career growth within the group Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a MOTORCYCLE-BASED FIELD COLLECTION AGENT: As a field collection agent, you are responsible for verifying the information of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service to our customers with respect and kindness. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service, sales, or collections. * Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Ability to operate a mobile device. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **WE OFFER:** * Weekly base salary of $ 2,500\. * Commissions ranging from $0,00 to $ 2,000\. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 15 days per year—increasing with seniority—and Sunday premium of 25%. * 20% discounts at Elektra and Salinas y Rocha, increasing with greater seniority. * Benefits at over 500 establishments partnered with Grupo Salinas. * Payroll loan available after 2 years of seniority. * Payroll advance. * Provision of a motorcycle serving also as your transportation from home to work. * Weekly gasoline voucher worth $ 217 pesos. * Option to purchase the motorcycle upon reaching its end-of-life. * Safety equipment: body armor, helmet, and boots. * Motorcycle accident medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Savings fund. * Career growth within the group. * Continuous learning as part of our DNA.
