You will be responsible for contacting clients with pending payments, negotiating payment agreements, and following up on portfolio recovery, while maintaining effective and professional communication. Main Responsibilities: Telephone contact with clients to remind them of pending payments. Negotiation of payment agreements and payment commitments. Follow-up on assigned portfolio. Recording of actions in the system. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (in progress or completed). Experience in call center collections (preferred). Basic computer skills. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Valid documentation.
