Opportunities for development and growth **Job Objective:** The Home Collection Specialist is responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as creating payment plans for customers, thereby fostering long-term relationships with our clients. * TENANCINGO ZONE\- **Main Responsibilities:** Conduct home visits to verify customer-provided application data. Understand customer needs to offer optimal solutions enabling them to keep their accounts current. Provide service with respect and kindness. Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **Requirements:** Experience in customer service, sales, or collections. Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle. Valid motorcycle driver’s license. Proficiency in using mobile devices.
