About Grupo Balle
At **Grupo Balle**, we are a Mexican company with over 18 years of experience delivering comprehensive solutions in maintenance, infrastructure, and project operations nationwide.
We are currently looking to integrate a **Junior Recruiter** into our **People** team, with proven experience in filling operational, technical, and administrative positions.
We are not merely seeking someone to post job openings; we seek a professional capable of attracting, screening, following up with, and closing candidates in high-volume recruitment processes.
**Job Objective**
Execute end-to-end recruitment processes—including candidate attraction, screening, interviews, and follow-up—to fill operational, technical, and administrative vacancies timely, accurately, and to a high standard—thereby ensuring project continuity and talent growth at Grupo Balle.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Post job openings on employment boards, social media, specialized groups, and other recruitment channels.
* Conduct proactive candidate sourcing for operational, technical, and administrative roles.
* Perform telephone screenings and initial interviews focused on experience, availability, location, employment stability, and salary expectations.
* Conduct daily follow-ups with contacted, scheduled, confirmed, interviewed, and viable candidates for the next stage.
* Maintain updated tracking of job openings, progress, candidate status, and recruitment metrics.
* Coordinate interviews with department leads and ensure timely communication with candidates.
* Support mass recruitment events, field recruitment, and urgent vacancy coverage.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through to process closure.
**Essential Requirements**
* **Minimum Education:** Completed bachelor’s degree—or advanced coursework—in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Pedagogy, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum of **1–2 years’ experience in mass recruitment**.
* Demonstrable experience recruiting operational, technical, administrative, or field personnel.
* Proficiency with job boards such as Indeed, Computrabajo, OCC, Facebook, WhatsApp, employment groups, and candidate databases.
* Ability to conduct fast and effective telephone screenings.
* Capacity to manage high-volume candidate follow-up.
* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for candidate tracking and reporting.
* Availability to work **100% on-site** in Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX.
* Easy access to the work location.
**Important Note**
Candidates without prior mass recruitment experience will not be considered—even if they hold relevant academic qualifications.
This role demands constant follow-up, clear communication, and the ability to meet coverage targets. If your experience has been exclusively in administration, customer service, or general HR—not mass recruitment—this position is likely not suitable for you.
**Desirable Qualifications**
* Experience recruiting technicians, general assistants, supervisors, operational staff, maintenance personnel, construction workers, logistics staff, or service personnel.
* Field recruitment experience.
* Basic understanding of recruitment metrics: time-to-fill, interview attendance rate, conversion rate, time-to-hire, and early turnover.
* Experience working with weekly or monthly coverage targets.
**Performance Indicators**
Performance in this role will be measured primarily by:
* Number of positions filled within target timelines.
* Number of candidates contacted per day.
* Conversion rate from contacted candidates to effective interviews.
* Attendance rate of scheduled candidates.
* Quality of candidates forwarded to second interviews.
* Daily updating of recruitment tracking records.
* Reduction in number of critical open positions.
**What We Offer**
* Gross monthly salary of **$15,000–$16,000**, commensurate with experience.
* Statutory benefits.
* Direct employment with the company.
* Growth opportunity within the People area.
* Participation in recruitment processes for nationwide projects.
* Continuous learning within a growing company.
