At **\#BeyserinConsulting**, we have the following position available: **Systems/Infrastructure Administrator** On-site (Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico) Details: **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, or related field. Professional license preferred. **Experience:** At least five years of verifiable experience in IT administration roles within companies with 50 or more users, * Advanced administration of Microsoft 365 (tenant, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender). * Advanced administration of Google Workspace (Admin Console, Gmail, Drive, Meet, Vault, security policies). * Administration of Adobe Admin Console and antivirus / EDR consoles. * Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, enterprise Wi\-Fi, firewall, QoS. * Operating systems: Windows 10/11, Windows Server, macOS, and basic Linux knowledge. * Virtualization: Hyper\-V, VMware, or equivalents. * Cloud services: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and/or AWS (at least one at intermediate\-advanced level). * Backups and recovery: 3\-2\-1 policy, Veeam, Acronis, native cloud solutions. * Scripting and automation: PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript (intermediate level). * Generative AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, with practical and secure focus. * Enterprise password managers and ticketing / helpdesk tools. * Desirable frameworks: ITIL (service management), familiarity with ISO 27001 (information security). * End-user support.
