Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor to manage and develop customer relationships, prospect new customers, and provide in-store support for the sale of blinds and home decor items. We specialize in selling blinds and home decor items. We are currently seeking a **SALES ADVISOR** to join our Commercial Team. **OBJECTIVE:** Manage and develop strategic customer relationships, prospect new customers for the company, support existing customers, and assist customers and sales at the store (Av Diana Branch). **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advising customers and prospects * Taking measurements at customers' homes * Sales follow-up and after-sales service * Performing duties related to the position * Multichannel customer service * Managing orders in the system * Customer reporting * Supporting store presentation and organization **EDUCATION:** * Completed high school diploma * Basic mathematics (addition, percentages) **EXPERIENCE:** * **We provide comprehensive training on our products!** Experience handling demanding customers and resolving conflicts. * Minimum 2 years of sales experience * Basic Excel knowledge **DESIRABLE:** * ERP system knowledge * CRM usage experience * Sales, customer service, or related training courses * Knowledge of the home decor industry — blinds * One year of administrative experience **WE OFFER:** * Commission ranging from 8% to 10% **with no commission cap.** * Monthly financial support of $8,000. * **Actual monthly income of $15,000 to $40,000+** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM **If you meet the profile, apply through this channel and we will contact you as soon as possible.
