**RH HUNTING is seeking a General Nurse in Tlalpan, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------- ***An elderly care facility is looking for your talent as Head Nurse!******If you possess leadership skills, empathy, and experience caring for elderly adults, we want to meet you!*** **Work location**: Tlalpan and El Pedregal, CDMX. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Nursing **(with degree certificate and professional license).** * Five years of experience providing care to elderly adults in nursing homes (public or private). * Prior experience in nursing supervision or leadership. * Desirable experience in geriatrics. * Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. * Availability for emergencies. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate comprehensive resident care, ensuring proper medication administration, vital signs monitoring, clinical progression tracking, and adherence to individualized care plans. * Lead, organize, and evaluate nursing staff, providing continuous training on protocols and best practices, as well as identifying and correcting potential negligence or poor practices. * Ensure regulatory compliance by updating clinical records and supervising internal care and treatment protocols. * Serve as liaison among physicians, family members, and internal staff—following up on medical instructions and treatments, and promptly reporting changes in residents’ health status. * Supervise inventory control of medications, supplies, and medical equipment, verifying expiration dates, proper storage conditions, and preparing incident reports and health indicators. * Provide attention and follow-up to family members, informing them about residents’ health status and addressing questions, complaints, or sensitive situations transparently and empathetically. **Skills:** * Leadership and decision-making. * High sense of responsibility and ethics. * Empathy and humane treatment. * Organization and control. **Offer:** * Base monthly salary of $16,800 net. * Statutory benefits (starting after the third month). **Schedule:** * Shift-based work, including weekends and holidays. * Six days per week, 12-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. **Desired education level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Medicine / Health **Industry:** Hospitals and Healthcare *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a10e835370000300018f1dd\&source\=indeed*
