Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (degree and professional license are mandatory). * Preparation of construction estimates based on physical and financial progress. * Review of generators, work volumes, and unit prices; support in budget preparation. * At least 4 years of professional experience. * Proficiency in specialized software (AutoCAD, CivilCAD, SAP2000, Opus, Project, or similar). * Control and validation of generator numbers, logs, and progress reports. * Leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience in hydraulic construction estimation. * Certifications in industrial safety or project management (desirable). * Valid driver's license.
