YOUR MISSION Achieve and exceed your sales targets Provide personalized advisory services to customers Increase average transaction value and items per transaction Generate repeat customers · KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products Execute the full sales protocol (comprehensive advisory) Meet individual sales objectives Promote complementary products Assist with inventory management, product placement, and store operations Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper product display · IDEAL PROFILE: Sales or customer service experience (minimum 6 months) Strong verbal communication skills and passion for selling Results-oriented mindset Proactive attitude Performance-driven work approach · IDEAL EXPERIENCE IN: Hardware stores, paint stores, construction materials, retail chains · THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR YOU IF: You enjoy serving customers but not selling You are uninterested in performance targets You lack energy or initiative You seek a passive job · WHAT WE OFFER: Monthly base salary: $10,500–$11,000 net (based on experience) Monthly performance-based bonus scheme.
