Supplier management and purchase order tracking We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with experience in the hospital sector, oriented toward efficiency, administrative control, and optimal supply management. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing procurement processes in accordance with internal guidelines, ensuring timely supply and quality of required products and services. · Position Requirements · Minimum 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in hospital environments. Intermediate or advanced level Excel skills. Prior knowledge or experience using SAP is desirable. Negotiation, planning, analytical, and follow-up skills. Ability to work with a sense of urgency and under institutional guidelines. · Key Responsibilities · Execute procurement of medical supplies, materials, and services according to hospital needs. Manage and evaluate suppliers, ensuring compliance with delivery timelines and quality standards. Generate, manage, and track purchase orders. Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
