The overall objective is to deliver high-quality customer service and help the branch generate profits by offering optimal solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Provide service as the first point of contact for Citi customers and deliver a positive first impression through effective and friendly customer service. * Execute efficient and accurate banking transactions, including handling branch cash, processing incoming/outgoing cash deposits, and maintaining the branch vault cash. * Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on customers’ financial goals. * Educate customers on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi. * Comply with bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure customer and bank asset security. * Ensure all customer needs are met and customer issues/concerns are managed effectively; escalate issues to higher levels when necessary. * Maintain strong knowledge of customer accounts and newly offered products and services. **Qualifications:** * Prior relevant experience preferred. * Proven experience in sales and customer service. * Experience handling cash. * Effective communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work well in a team environment. **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent.
