Job stability ### **Job Description** We are seeking a Clinical Chemist who is committed, analytical, and results-oriented to join our clinical laboratory team. You will support sample processing, validation, and quality control, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Internal Quality Control** * Preparation, aliquoting, and storage of internal controls. * Daily processing and analysis of results. * Monitoring of analyte charts and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. **External Quality Control** * Processing and interpretation of samples from external quality programs. * Participation in Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, and Serology departments. **Result Validation** * Review, analysis, and validation of results received from branches. * Preparation of initial non-conformance reports when applicable. **Sample Processing** * Preparation of tubes and materials for analysis. * Verification of supplies and reagents to ensure continuous operation. **Equipment Maintenance** * Support for daily maintenance of analytical equipment (Vitros and others). **Branch Operational Closure** * Follow-up on pending and inconsistent results. * Downloading and reviewing Excel reports. * Branch inventory reconciliation prior to sanitary release. **Labeling and Logistics** * Organization and labeling of pre-analytical materials for shipment to branches. **Staff Training** * Support in operational training and resolution of staff inquiries. ### **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Chemistry, QFB, QBP, or related field. * Degree certificate and professional license. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical laboratory. * Knowledge of Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, and Serology. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork skills. ### **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for professional growth * Excellent work environment
