Description Deliver, train, and provide specialized follow-up on medical imaging equipment, ensuring customers receive appropriate training on the operation, use, and clinical applications of ultrasound, X-ray, and tomography equipment, guaranteeing high standards of quality and service. Key Responsibilities * Deliver and train on medical equipment throughout the Mexican Republic. * Train customers on the correct operation and use of ultrasound, X-ray, C-arms, X-ray rooms, mammography units, portable devices, and tomography systems. * Provide post-sales follow-up and support to customers. * Comply with company-established quality and safety guidelines. * Propose process improvements for delivery and training to optimize timelines and customer experience. * Conduct internal training for departments such as Engineering and Sales on equipment functions and capabilities. * Adhere to scheduled hours, dates, and company-prescribed presentation standards. * Travel frequently within the Mexican Republic to serve customers and conduct training. Education * Associate Degree in Medical Imaging. * Radiologic Technologist or related qualification. * Technical or bachelor’s degree in a health-related field. Experience * Minimum 1 year in medical imaging or medical equipment training. Preferred Knowledge * Applied physics for ultrasound and X-ray. * Operation of ultrasound, X-ray, C-arm, mammography, and tomography equipment. * Customer service and training. * Basic handling of technical and administrative documentation.
