




Job Summary: Support in-store floor operational activities by executing sales processes, merchandise stocking, and customer service to achieve operational and commercial performance indicators. Be part of a team that values dedication and growth Provide support for in-store floor operational activities by executing sales, merchandise stocking, and customer service processes established by AutoZone, collaborating effectively to meet the assigned store’s operational and commercial performance indicators. * Stock merchandise on the sales floor, in overflow areas, and in trucks according to applicable stocking guidelines. * Execute correct planograms; * Scan merchandise to complete inventory counts; * Perform proper “fronting” and labeling to classify merchandise and participate in opening and closing tasks, as well as cleaning activities on the sales floor, to ensure correct merchandise placement and store presentation. * Provide customer service by addressing inquiries regarding product location, specific product type information, function, and pricing to deliver excellent service reflected in successful in-counter sales closures; handle customer phone calls to address inquiries about specific products or orders. * Correctly execute cash register transactions using cash or credit cards, and process returns in compliance with the cashier policy to ensure effective payment collection and sales transaction closure. * Completed high school education * Prior experience as a warehouse associate, cashier, or general assistant. * Customer service experience preferred.
