The Line Cook A will perform production and service line duties and must have some experience in Italian, Mexican, and South American cuisine, as well as a willingness and appropriate attitude for service. Duties to be performed: Cleaning of areas Production Service line PEPS Dragging (arrastres) Inventory management Duties are for the hotel's restaurant Salary: Starting at $10,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work location: On-site employment
