Salary increases based on competencies Job Description and Responsibilities: * Installation of galvanized, flexible, and pre-insulated ducts. * Interpretation of mechanical drawings and HVAC diagrams. * Measuring, cutting, and assembling ductwork. * Sealing and thermal insulation of ductwork. * Installation of grilles, diffusers, and accessories. * Safe use of hand and power tools. * Verification of air-tightness and airflow. * Compliance with industrial safety standards. * Maintenance tasks. Experience and Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience installing HVAC ductwork. * Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation. * Proficiency with cutting, bending, and fastening tools. * Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. * Responsible attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
