Deliver training and support to end-users for effective system use Country/Region: MX Requisition ID: 33815 Work Model: Hybrid Position Type: Permanent Salary Range: Location: MEXICO CUST SITE **Title:** **Functional Specialist\-Enterprise Apps** ===================================================== Description: **Area(s) of responsibility** ----------------------------- **Oracle EBS Supply Chain BA** **SLP Mexico\- Onsite** * Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Module. * Analyze and resolve issues reported by end\-users in a timely manner. * Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements. * Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or updates. * Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides. * Deliver training sessions and support to end\-users to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS. * Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions or integrations. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency. * Resolve tickets within the defined SLA with detail resolution notes and solution. * Having experience working on Production Support Project * ServicNow Experience would be added advantage. * Good Communication skills.
