Supports financial reporting, monthly closings, and internal audits. **FRUTMEX is seeking an Administrative Accounting Assistant in Huinalá Colony (across from Metalsa) – Apodaca, Nuevo León** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ A growing company dedicated to distribution and commercialization seeks an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable**, to ensure compliance with financial obligations, accurate invoicing, and efficient portfolio recovery—contributing to the organization’s stability and cash flow. ### **Main Responsibilities** **Core Functions** ------------------------- ### **Accounts Payable** * Registration and control of supplier invoices. * Payment scheduling and control. * Validation of purchase orders against invoices. * Due-date tracking. * Reconciliation of supplier account statements. * Document filing and recordkeeping. ### **Accounts Receivable** * Invoice issuance and control. * Customer portfolio follow-up. * Payment application in system. * Sending of account statements. * Telephone and email collections management. * Weekly aging report of outstanding balances. ### **General Administrative Functions** * Preparation of basic financial reports. * Support in monthly closings. * Database control and updating. * Support in internal audits. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Accuracy in accounting records. * Timely due-date monitoring. * Safeguarding of financial information. * Ongoing follow-up on overdue receivables. * Compliance with internal administrative policies. Schedules: * Full-time * **Flexible schedule availability** * Monday through Sunday, one day off per week. We offer: * Salary: $12,000 net per month. Requirements: * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (recently completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable. Experience in administrative control and invoicing management * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables preferred). * Electronic invoicing (CFDI). * Reconciliations. * Document control. * Experience with any administrative system or ERP. * Flexible schedule availability. * Valid standard vehicle driver’s license. * **Mandatory: Must reside near the area (close to Metalsa).** \*\* Only CVs meeting the above requirements will be considered.
