




Position Summary: We are seeking a Services Assistant to provide customer service, order management, and technical support, ensuring process optimization and an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer service and comprehensive management of services and orders. 2. Coordination of technical staff and inventory administration. 3. Propose continuous improvements to optimize operations. **LEADING COMPANY IN WATER PURIFICATION** Seeking personnel to work as a Services Assistant. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Provide timely and high-quality customer service via telephone, WhatsApp, and email. * Prepare, manage, and track quotations, orders, and billing processes. * Coordinate scheduling of services, installations, and maintenance contracts, ensuring timely and proper execution. * Conduct end-to-end tracking of purchase orders, from generation through payment confirmation. * Control and administer materials required for daily service and installation operations. * Coordinate with the warehouse department regarding delivery, receipt, and logistics of equipment and goods. * Supervise compliance with service orders according to client requirements and within established timeframes. * Receive, manage, and resolve customer incidents, complaints, and returns. * Maintain up-to-date information, documentation, and records in internal systems. * Generate tracking reports, operational control reports, and service performance reports. * Propose and implement continuous process improvements to optimize operations and enhance customer experience. * Manage inventory using the Kanban system in Cuernavaca, Puebla, and CDMX, as well as supervise and control inventories at units assigned to technicians. * Record and monitor incoming and outgoing orders using the corresponding system (REPECO, as applicable). * Manage, control, and record per diems for technical staff, including food, fuel, and reimbursement expenses, ensuring proper application for services and installations outside the assigned area. * Conduct daily follow-up on field technical staff activities according to the established schedule. * Administer, safeguard, and organize documentation and service reports provided to customers. **REQUIREMENTS** Education: Completed high school diploma or technical/administrative degree. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience coordinating field technical staff services. Tracking of service orders. Experience in customer service. Experience in material control and inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Reside near the area. Ability to work under pressure. **WE OFFER** Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Salary: $2,290\.00 net per week. Statutory benefits.
