Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to join our team in warehouse management, performing identification, organization, safeguarding, and dispatch of spare parts and materials, as well as cyclic counts. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages the warehouse through identification, organization, and safeguarding of spare parts. 2. Dispatches materials and spare parts, validating correspondence with the system. 3. Conducts cyclic counts and reports inventory levels to the Analyst. Requirements: * Completed high school education * 2 years of experience in similar positions * Availability to rotate shifts Responsibilities: * Identification, organization, and safeguarding of spare parts and materials according to the established layout * Dispatch materials and spare parts against approved work orders (electronic vouchers). Verify that the items supplied match: \# part number, system description, and physical item delivered. Record warehouse outbound movement within the system. * Conduct cyclic, selective, and physical inventory counts. Perform reconciliation of discrepancies where applicable. * Report to the Analyst spare parts and materials with zero physical stock and/or those that have reached their reorder point. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness; adhere to the layout.
