




Job Summary: We are seeking a Unit Price Analyst to integrate and optimize competitive economic proposals, ensuring the project's financial certainty and minimizing risks. Key Highlights: 1. Crucial role in ensuring compliance with administrative and financial processes. 2. Budget preparation and analysis, and calculation of overhead factors. 3. Preparation of economic proposals for tenders. We are looking for a Unit Price Analyst to help us integrate and optimize competitive economic proposals, guaranteeing the project’s financial certainty prior to construction. You will be responsible for in-depth analysis of unit prices, calculation of overhead factors, and advanced management in Neodata, thereby minimizing financial risks. **Main Responsibilities** Your role will be crucial in ensuring compliance with established **administrative processes**, and will include: * Quantifying volumes and drafting concept catalogs. * Preparing and analyzing budgets in Neodata. * Calculating overhead factor: direct costs, fasar, indirect costs, financing, and profit. * Preparing economic proposals for tenders (public and private). * Bill-of-materials breakdown according to quotation and invoice costs. * Quoting with suppliers and contractors. * Identifying project risks and proposing solutions. * Developing extraordinary concepts. * Comparing budgets and benchmarking against company historical data. * Full tender integration. * Site visits as needed to validate catalogs against actual on-site work, price reconciliations, and procedures. We seek a candidate with: * Neodata (intermediate level). * Excel (pivot tables). * AutoCAD and Office. * Desirable: familiarity with Project, Revit, and Opus. * Desirable: knowledge of the Public Works Law. Key Competencies: * Sound judgment regarding construction systems and installations. * Ability to identify technical\-constructional and economic inconsistencies in budgets. * Capacity to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines. * Technical negotiation skills and clear communication. * Advanced interpretation of drawings and catalogs. **Job Requirements** * **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or related field), with diploma. * **Required Experience:** 2–3 verifiable years of experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering. * **Essential Software:** **Neodata, AutoCAD**, Excel and Office. * **Location/Mobility:** Willingness to travel to site. * **Work Schedule and Modality:** Day shift, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, onsite (with willingness to travel to site).
