Location: Coyoacán, Mexico City. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** · Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Travel Allowance Assistant or in a similar role. **Responsibilities:** · Manage, validate, and process employee travel allowances. · Ensure compliance with travel allowance policies and procedures. · Verify travel allowances for proper control. · Prepare monthly travel allowance balance reports. · Maintain accurate records of financial transactions. **Knowledge/Skills:** · CFDI validation. · Regulations regarding deductible travel allowances. · Expense control and reconciliation. · Microsoft Office suite (especially Intermediate to Advanced Excel). · SQL · Power BI · TABLEAU Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone Education: * Incomplete or ongoing higher technical education (Desirable) Experience: * Technical support: 1 year (Mandatory) Language: * English (Desirable) Workplace: On-site employment
