We seek a proactive and versatile IT professional responsible for ensuring the technological continuity of our administrative offices and technical security infrastructure (CCTV and Access Control), demonstrating exceptional service attitude and willingness to collaborate on special physical infrastructure projects. **Main Responsibilities** * **Technical Support:** On-site and remote user support (Hardware, Software, Office 365\). * **Electronic Security:** Configuration, installation, and preventive/corrective maintenance of CCTV and Access Control systems. * **Networks and Peripherals:** Configuration of local networks (LAN/WLAN), connectivity diagnostics, and management of printers/multifunction devices. * **Administrative Control:** Management and updating of computer equipment and software license inventories. * **Data Analysis:** Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas) for operational reporting. * **Basic Programming:** Support in simple development or internal process automation tasks. * **General Support:** Availability to occasionally collaborate with the maintenance department on technical infrastructure tasks or facility improvements. **Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or incomplete/completed Engineering degree in Systems, Computing, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years in similar positions. * **Technical Skills:** * Solid knowledge of DVR/NVR and IP camera configuration. * Proficiency with networking tools and structured cabling. * Basic understanding of at least one programming language. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. **Job Offer** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * **Availability:** Occasional Saturdays based on operational needs. * **Work Location:** Metro Coyoacán, in front of Torre Mítikah * Salary $17,000libres Statutory Benefits * Contact via WhatsApp: 55 4727 7400 Salary: Starting from $17,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
