We are looking for talent with a service-oriented attitude, process-focused mindset, and enthusiasm for technical support, eager to grow within a dynamic and challenging environment. **What You Will Do:** * Provide technical support to users (remote and on-site) * Handle and track incidents * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment * Escalate technical issues when necessary * Document activities and processes **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Experience in technical support / help desk * Knowledge of: * User support * Computer equipment maintenance (software and hardware) * Basic networking * Ticketing systems (preferred) * SAP incident handling * Experience with MAC and Microsoft systems. **Key Competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Adherence to processes * Adaptability to routines * Responsibility **Schedules:** **Night Shift:** * 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12 hours) * Rotating day off **Day Shift:** * Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Days off: Friday and Saturday **We Offer:** * Salary: $18,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Subsidized parking * Profit sharing
