We are looking for talent with a service-oriented attitude, process focus, and enthusiasm for technical support who wants to grow within a dynamic and challenging environment. **What will you do?** * Provide technical support to users (remote and on-site) * Handle and track incidents * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment * Escalate technical issues when necessary * Document activities and processes **What are we looking for?** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field * Experience in technical support / help desk * Knowledge of: * User support * Computer equipment maintenance * Basic networking * Ticketing systems (desirable) **Key competencies:** * Service-oriented attitude * Teamwork * Adherence to processes * Adaptability to routines * Responsibility **Schedules:** **Night shift:** * 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (12 hours) * Every third day off **Day shift:** * Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM * Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM * Days off: Friday and Saturday **We offer:** * Salary: $18,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Subsidized cafeteria * Subsidized parking * Profit-sharing
