Position Summary: Coordinate and manage ATM services, including monitoring, incident resolution, and documentation, ensuring equipment functionality. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of ATM services and tickets. 2. Coordination for incident resolution and vendor follow-up. 3. Ensuring the functionality of self-service equipment (ATM). ***ATM Service Tracking Analyst*** ------------------------------------------------ **Work Location**: Insurgentes Cuicuilco, Coyoacan * **What activities will you perform?** * Service management (Service Desk) * ATM monitoring * Coordinating activities for incident resolution * Management of ATM service tickets * Coordination of ATM service tickets * Documentation of ATM service tickets * Service feedback via email / Teams channels with brands (Feedback) * Management of self-service equipment (automatic teller machine / ATM) * Documentation of ATM service tickets * Ensuring equipment functionality (machine in service) * Responsible for vendor follow-up **Requirements** * Technical degree, Bachelor’s degree, or Engineering degree (in progress or completed) * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (banking Service Desk or ATM) * Microsoft Office suite * ATM monitoring systems * Ticket management systems * Knowledge of ATM components * ServiceNow * Remedy * Aptra * Vynamic View * Networking (TCP/IP, links, VPN) * SLAs * **What do we offer?** * Base salary: $20,000 gross per month * Statutory benefits * Work tools **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday (1 rotating weekday off) Rotating shifts * 8:00 a.m. \- 4:00 p.m. * 9:00 a.m. \- 6:00 p.m. * 1:00 p.m. \- 9:00 p.m.
