Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Demand Planner with experience in demand planning, strong communication skills, and the ability to align commercial teams. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in tools such as ERP, advanced Excel, and Power BI **Senior Demand Planner (Demand Planner SR)** * Minimum **5 years' experience** in demand planning, supply chain, and inventory planning. Experience in the cosmetics or chemical industry is preferred. * We seek candidates with strong communication skills, capable of aligning commercial teams around a realistic forecast and mentoring junior planners. * **Mandatory:** Proficiency in ERP and advanced Excel. Power BI, APS planning systems, advanced statistical forecasting, trend and seasonality analysis, error analysis (MAPE, Bias), ability to adjust human forecasts for product launches, regulatory substitutions, formulation changes, critical inventory management, and import-aligned planning. * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mathematics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Logistics Engineering, International Trade, or Business Administration (with strong analytical focus). * Preferred: Diplomas or certifications in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning / Forecasting, S&OP / IBP, or Inventory Planning. * Intermediate-to-advanced English **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary of $35,000 to $40,000 * Statutory benefits * Quarterly productivity bonus * Additional benefits * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:30; Friday, 08:30–15:00, onsite mode * Work location: Tláhuac At Sintoquim, we respect and value diversity.
