Position Summary: Payroll Analyst to ensure timely and accurate payroll calculation and payment, guaranteeing legal compliance and employee support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation and processing. 2. Incident tracking and management of operational and administrative payroll. 3. Tax determination and control, as well as addressing employee inquiries. Las Mañanitas Hotel Garden, Restaurante \& Spa is seeking: ***Payroll Analyst (Accounting background preferred)*** **Position Objective** Ensure timely and accurate payroll calculation and payment for the hotel and restaurant’s operational and administrative staff, guaranteeing legal compliance and appropriate employee support. ***Responsibilities*** * Weekly and biweekly payroll calculation and processing. * Incident tracking: attendance, absences, tardiness, vacations, bonuses, and days off, cafeteria usage. * Management of operational and administrative payroll (200–300 employees). * Calculation of severance and final settlements. * Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS. * Payroll receipt calculation and electronic stamping (timbrado). * Tax (ISR), employer–employee contribution, and INFONAVIT determination and control. * Addressing employee inquiries related to their pay. * Preparation of payroll reports and support during internal or external audits. * Compliance with internal policies and current labor legislation. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Payroll Analyst; experience in hospitality or restaurants preferred. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, ISR, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT. * Proficiency with payroll systems (CONTPAQi, NOI, Aspel, or similar). * Extraordinary payments, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (PTU), bonuses, etc. * Intermediate Excel skills (filters, formulas, summaries). * Experience handling large employee volumes and strict deadlines.
