




Position Summary: We are seeking talent in private security with a customer service focus and statistical knowledge for survey design, data analysis, and report creation. Key Highlights: 1. Customer satisfaction survey design and analysis 2. Creation and maintenance of executive dashboards in Power BI 3. Data-driven trend identification and continuous improvement A private security company is looking for new talent focused on customer service and possessing statistical expertise. Requirements: * Degree in Systems/Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science/Analytics, Actuarial Science, or related fields * 2\-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar areas * Experience with surveys, customer satisfaction, and metrics (preferred) Responsibilities: * **Survey Design:** Create periodic customer satisfaction surveys aligned with client needs. * **Data Collection:** Extract and consolidate data from CRM, ticketing platforms, and surveys * **Satisfaction Analysis:** Calculate NPS, CSAT, and other defined satisfaction metrics * **Trend Identification:** Detect patterns in comments and metrics * Dashboards and Reports: **Create reports and maintain up-to-date executive dashboards in Power BI** * **Department KPIs:** Monitor and report internal indicators such as confirmation rate, retention, churn, response times, and customer satisfaction index, etc. * **Monthly Reports:** Present insights and recommendations to the Director/Manager of Customer Success * **Early Alerts:** Identify customers at risk of cancellation * **Continuous Improvement:** Propose data-driven actions We Offer: * Base salary: $20K * Statutory benefits * Work location: Coyoacán * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Apply or send your CV via WhatsApp to 55 4727 7400 Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
