




Position Summary: Grupo Salinas is seeking a Core Banking Implementation Consultant to deploy a robust banking system, automate processes, and design anomaly detection models. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for: **Core Banking Implementation Consultant.** **Objective:** You will lead the implementation of the new core banking system to build a more robust platform capable of serving a larger customer base with improved service quality and trust. **What will be your role?** * You will be responsible for deploying and implementing new deposit products and services within the core banking system. * You will configure the new core banking system to support end-user testing. * You will ensure continuity across all stages of financial product and service implementation and post-implementation within the new core banking system. * You will design and implement technology-driven solutions to automate audit processes. * You will manage large volumes of data to identify risks, anomalies, or deviations across systems, transactions, and critical processes. * You will develop dashboards, internal tools, and technological platforms. * You will design anomaly and risk detection models using analytical techniques and artificial intelligence. * You will create opportunities for operational efficiency through technology adoption. * You will define and execute the technology innovation roadmap for Audit. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Engineering, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar roles, including banking projects and process automation. * Prior experience working in the financial sector (e.g., Financial Institutions, Internal Audit, Clearing House) is highly preferred. * Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools. * Strong database management and usage skills. * Advanced English proficiency. * Knowledge of accounting, finance, regulatory frameworks, Agile methodology, Jira, and Confluence. **What would we like to see in you?** * Ability to make sound decisions independently * High level of organizational and follow-up capability * (Desirable) Jira and Confluence experience **Additional Benefits and Perks:** * Benefits: Statutory vacation days, vacation bonus, year-end bonus. * Life insurance * Employment Conditions: Full-time schedule Monday to Friday (on-site work, with flexibility required for project development alongside the team) * Training and Personal Skills Development Program * Discounts on products and services, access to credit cards, preferential-rate loans, and other financial benefits * Access to healthcare services, wellness programs, and promotions for you and your family. **Join our team and become part of a company that values your talent and professional growth!**
