COLLECTIONS ANALYST Quálitas insures vehicles, protects people RESPONSIBILITIES\*: Review electronic payments: Verify payments made and request deposit receipts to proceed with accounting entries; otherwise, manage system blocking due to non-compliance per the Collections Policy. Cash reconciliation control: Manage and review pending cash reconciliations from offices, ensuring income is properly filed and recorded in the relevant tools. Update pending payments: Update pending payments to be reconciled in the inventory file to continue clarifying outstanding items with offices. Review of pending reconciliations: Verify pending payments to be reconciled using bank statements provided by Bank Reconciliations, according to criteria established in the Collections User Manual.
