We invite you to join our team as: * Business Analyst ***Requirements:*** * Minimum education: Technical degree or incomplete/completed undergraduate degree in Economics or Administration * Age: 25 years or older * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions * Advanced/Medium Excel proficiency (a test will be administered) * Analytical, communication, and results presentation skills **Responsibilities** * Collect and validate daily data from ERPs, company systems, and web portals. * Design, develop, and maintain key performance indicator dashboards (customers, routes, representatives). * Export, integrate, and manage data in databases to ensure consistency and accuracy. * Identify behavioral patterns, deviations, irregularities, or potential data gaps. * Prepare periodic reports on income, expenses, costs, profits, projections, and turnover; support the definition of improvement strategies based on historical data. * Analyze, review, reconcile, and monitor cash flows. * Generate tracking reports. * Automate data capture and analysis processes using technical and technological tools. * Support internal audits through analysis of historical data. * Generate reports for executive management and department heads. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $15,000 * Bi-weekly payment * Excellent work environment * Uniforms * Direct employment contract with the company * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Working hours: Monday to Friday **If you meet the requirements, apply through this channel.** **Thank you for considering joining our team!** Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Complimentary uniforms Work location: On-site employment
