Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst to manage portfolio, reconciliations, financial reporting, and support audits, interacting with clients and internal departments. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive portfolio management and accounting reconciliations. 2. Preparation of invoices and key financial reports. 3. Support in audits and tax consultations. **ACCOUNTING ANALYST** **On-site location: 10 minutes from SIX FLAGS, Carretera Picacho Ajusco.** **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Accounting; graduated and available for full-time work. * **Gender:** Unrestricted. * **Age:** 24 years or older. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 verifiable years in accounting roles (including knowledge of financial statements, accounts receivable review, expense review, and CFDI preparation). * **Systems:** Microsoft Office: strong Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP preferred). * **Immediate availability** **Responsibilities:** * Analysis of overdue portfolio. * Reconciliation of accounts receivable. * Preparation of invoices, payment complements, and electronic credit notes 4.0. * Preparation of monthly and quarterly closing reports. * Application of collections in SAP and reporting and follow-up on recovery status. * Support in audit-related inquiries. * Support in tax department inquiries regarding application of customer balances, miscellaneous creditors, and collections. * Client interaction for balance review/resolution, reconciliation, and collection follow-up. * Inventory reconciliation and discrepancy identification. * Physical inventory audit review. * Customer master data creation in SAP.
