Job Summary: We are seeking a Site Resident to supervise and manage wood furniture projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Conflict resolution and project closure A company specialized in developing projects in the wood furniture sector is seeking a Site Resident. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Site survey * Scheduling and monitoring of installations * Supervision of wood furniture installation * Team leadership on site to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards * Management and supervision of operational staff and installers * Control and completion of site logs * Preparation of progress reports * Site administration and preparation of estimates * Monitoring of site requirements * Customer needs attention and follow-up * On-site conflict resolution * Project closure Position located in Paraísos del Colli Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm; Saturdays, 9am–2pm **Requirements** REQUIREMENTS: * Education level: Architect, Industrial Designer, or student nearing graduation or graduate. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Valid driver’s license (driver) – mandatory * Willingness to travel KNOWLEDGE IN: * AutoCAD proficiency. * Intermediate–advanced Excel knowledge. * Experience in closet, kitchen, and door installation. * Experience in on-site supervision and personnel management.
