Handle tools, understand construction materials, and comply with safety regulations. **Responsible for performing construction, renovation, and structural repair work using various materials (brick, stone, concrete block, cement, plaster, etc.), ensuring structures are solid, level, and meet project technical specifications.** Main Responsibilities: * Perform masonry work according to instructions and blueprints. * Prepare and proportion mixtures. * Erect structures. * Carry out fine and rough finishing. * Repair cracks, fissures, and structural damage. * Assist with basic installations. * Maintain order and cleanliness of the worksite. * Comply with safety protocols and safety focus (**very important**). * Proficient handling of multiple tools. * Knowledge of construction materials. * Basic calculation skills. * Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
