Job Summary: Provide customer service and advisory support in the service department, coordinating vehicle intake, diagnosis, and delivery to ensure a positive customer experience and adherence to timelines and quality standards. Opportunity for growth and continuous training. **Job Objective:** Provide customer service and advisory support in the service department, coordinating vehicle intake, diagnosis, and delivery to ensure a positive customer experience and adherence to timelines and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving vehicles for service (maintenance, repair, or warranty). * Direct customer service and service order processing. * Identifying customer needs and clearly explaining required work. * Tracking diagnostics with workshop technicians. * Preparing and sending quotations. * Obtaining customer authorization for repairs. * Monitoring service progress (status, timelines, parts availability). * Delivering vehicles to customers with clear explanations of completed work. * Handling customer complaints and problem resolution. * Coordinating with parts and workshop departments. * Meeting performance indicators (delivery times, customer satisfaction, etc.). **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree or technical diploma. * Customer service experience (preferably in an automotive dealership or similar environment). * Basic mechanical knowledge (preferred). * Proficiency in computer use and administrative systems. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **Skills:** * Excellent customer service skills. * Effective communication. * Organization and follow-up ability. * Problem-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Results-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Base salary \+ commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Growth opportunities.
