Profile: We seek a dynamic and proactive individual with a minimum of 1 year of experience as a bank teller or within financial institutions. Candidates must possess proficiency in using technological tools, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills. Availability to travel or relocate among branches within the Region is required. Responsibilities: The selected candidate will perform the following duties: * Serve customers in person and via telephone. * Promote products and services offered by Libertad Financiera. * Conduct cash collections, deposits, cash counts, and end-of-day cash reconciliations. * Maintain proper handling of cash and valuables. * Comply with company policies and procedures. * Restock consumables to ensure smooth branch operations. * Travel between Libertad branches as required due to staff incapacity, vacancies, or vacations. Requirements: * Prior experience in a similar role within the financial sector. * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of banking operations and financial technologies. * Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver outstanding customer service at the branch. * Full-time availability, Monday to Friday full day and Saturday half-day.
