Strict knowledge of food safety regulations We seek an experienced baker skilled in preparing and producing sweet bread, familiar with preparing various sweet fillings and toppings for bread. **Mandatory start time: 5:00 a.m. Must reside in the southern area of CDMX** If you are proactive, tolerant, and passionate about working in the baking industry, this could be an excellent opportunity for you. * Ability to knead and bake bread pieces. * Knowledge of using bakery machinery such as mixers, dough mixers, scales, and cutters. * Preparation of various types and sizes of sweet bread. * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Preparation of doughs, pastes, and baking. * Calibration and monitoring of ovens to ensure proper baking, texture, and color. * Strict adherence to food safety regulations and cleanliness standards in the production area.
