You will provide direct support to the Sub\-Chef to ensure every kitchen process is flawless. What will be your responsibilities? * Art of Dough: Prepare bakery and fine pastry items following standardized recipes that guarantee consistent excellence. * Patient Safety: Implement strict hygienic handling controls (Distintivo H / SIGECES) to protect the health of those who need us most. * Efficient Management: Monitor supplies and report inventory levels to maintain smooth, waste-free operations. * Excellence in Order: Maintain the production area under the highest standards of hospital-grade cleanliness and organization.
