Job Summary: We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to supervise processes and personnel, develop procedure manuals, and coordinate operational activities. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for job stability and career growth We are a Mexican automotive company experiencing growth and are looking for: **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN!!!** ***Requirements:*** Education: Preferably a degree in Automotive, Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field. Technicians in maintenance will also be considered if they meet the required experience. ***Knowledge and/or Experience:*** * Minimum 2 years of experience supervising general maintenance processes in buildings and offices * Experience in quality assurance * Valid driver's license * Must not live more than one and a half hours away ***Responsibilities:*** * **Perform manual and operational general maintenance tasks, as required by operations** * Supervision of processes and personnel * Development of procedure manuals * Continuous improvement * Industrial maintenance * Coordination of operational activities across branches and residential properties. ***We Offer:*** * Salary: Starting salary of $20,000 to $23,000 MXN gross per month plus statutory benefits. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:30 hrs., and Saturdays, 8:30–14:00 hrs. * Work location: Coyoacán (near Taxqueña metro station) * Job stability and career growth ***If interested:*** * You may apply through this channel * You may visit us directly to see the workplace, Monday to Friday, 10:00–13:00 hrs. and 15:00–17:00 hrs., with your printed job application or CV.
