This is your chance! **Position:** Butcher Assistant **Location:** Sam's Club — WE’LL ASSIGN YOU TO THE NEAREST STORE! **Employment Type:** Full-time **Schedule:** Rotating shifts / Availability to work weekends and holidays **Main Responsibilities:** **TRAINING PROVIDED FOR CANDIDATES WITH LIMITED EXPERIENCE** * **Meat cutting and preparation:** Debone, portion, and cut meat according to customer specifications or business requirements. * **Tool handling:** Safely and efficiently use knives, saws, slicers, and other utensils. * **Cleaning and presentation:** Keep meat fresh and visually appealing for sale by cleaning, trimming fat, and properly cutting products. * **Customer service:** Advise customers on different cuts of meat, their uses and preparation methods, and fulfill special requests. * **Quality control:** Inspect meat quality, report deviations, and maintain hygiene in your work area. * **Inventory management:** Place meat orders, manage stock levels, and maintain product records. * **Maintenance:** Clean and maintain tools and work areas in good condition. * **Product knowledge:** Understand various types of meat, their characteristics, and culinary applications. * **Regulatory compliance:** Consistently adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education (minimum). * Minimum 3 months of relevant experience. * Service-oriented attitude, ability to work in a team, and willingness to learn. * Flexible availability for scheduling. **We Offer:** * Base salary: $10,000 gross per month * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers: $1,200 * Direct employment with the company. * Grocery vouchers, savings fund, credit union, and more. * Ongoing training and internal growth opportunities within the Walmart Group. * Discounts and benefits * Sam’s Club membership **Interested?** Apply directly here!
